30-Day Returns

You may return most unused items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in its original condition.
Be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and tags.
Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or supplied incorrectly. If you need an exchange, please contact us before returning the item.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, CabinBags.ie will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.
